PET SALES CONTRACT.
Your new puppy/kitten has been bred and reared with the up most love, care and attention. These points have been
drawn up to maintain the high quality of your puppy or kitten and its established breed.
All our puppies and kittens are vet checked and given injections before leaving us. Kittens will receive 2 sets of
vaccines and puppies will receive first vaccine prior to going to new family. They are believed to be in good health on
the day of release, but we do advise you to take them to your local veterinary surgery for a general health check
within two days of purchase. It is always useful to establish a relationship with your vets at this stage to get
guidance and help on how to look after your pet (however I am only a phone call away at any time). This check and any
other tests or examinations carried out after the release must be at your own expense.
If your veterinary surgeon finds any problem, which in their opinion renders the puppy/kitten unfit we will take them
back and refund the full purchase price on condition that they are returned to us within 48 hours of purchase and is in
the same state of health as when it was sold. We will not let any puppy or kitten leave us that is unwell or if we have
any concerns at all. Before purchase you should consider the puppy/kitten as a living animal which will become a much
loved member of the family in a very short time. We can not be held responsible for any distress or costs incurred by
you and your family for returning a puppy/kitten.
The puppies pedigree papers are endorsed with a Kennel Club breeding restriction (unless sold for breeding) to protect
our animals future and our lines. This endorsement may be lifted by ourselves "DREAMFIELDS" should you decide you
would like to breed from your Cocker Spaniel. We will be happy to do this provided you show us proof of your own dogs
PRA eye test as a clear/normal or if you are using another dog in the mating that is PRA clear/normal. All our Cocker
Spaniel boys are PRA clear and available at stud. Our Beagles hold endorsements that may be lifted once they reach 18
months of age so again please call us. Bengals will be sold as a pet or for breeding at a higher price and TICA or GCCF
papers will be provided after proof of neutering (pet price).
If at any time in your dog/cats life you are no longer able to take care of them FOR WHATEVER REASON we will not
judge at all but do ask that we are informed first and we will either take them back or we will help you with re-homing.
It is agreed by the purchaser that the puppy/kitten will be kept in a suitable environment for its health and welfare
and that they will receive all the fundamental veterinary care to maintain its well being and receive a suitable diet for
its condition and age. Under no circumstances will DREAMFIELDS be liable or held responsible for any damages or
costs incurred by the purchaser for charges as a result of their neglect or irresponsible behaviour to any of our pets.
