Bengal Cats
We decided that now having our own 8 Bengals, 6 girlsand our 2 boys that we would like our kittens to be
known as ours so after alot of thought into our prefix as it had to fit just right we finally decided on
KITTYCOUTURE. True to its name our Bengals are certainly our little bit of Couture in the cat world with
their striking coats, wild heads and enchanting personalities.
We have this small number of Bengals to ensure we dedicate enough time for each and everyone as their
health and wellbeing is of upmost importance to us. Myself, Jay and our children (in fact everyone that
visits) have fallen head over heals in love with this beautiful breed with their WOW FACTOR coats and we
can't get enough of their cheeky dog like characteristics.
Our Bengals are all full pedigree coming from excellent lines and are all registered with TICA or GCCF.
We will have kittens available throughout the year and we breed firstly for health and temperament. We
are currently testing all our Bengals for Pyruvate Kinase deficiency (PK def).
This is a DNA genetic test that we feel is extremely important in our breeding programme. We want to be
sure that any of the kittens we produce will not suffer from this condition. PK deficiency which causes
anaemia in affected cats is a genetic condition, the anaemia comes in different forms and can be that
severe it can be life threatening. We will not have any affected cats in our breeding and would only ever
put a carrier to a clear as this would not produce any offspring that will suffer from PK deficiency. Cats
tested as Carrier for PK def do not show any clinical signs at all.
We aim to produce superb wild type with stunning leopard markings in brown, silver and also blue in rosette
or marble. The Bengal cat was originally formed by crossing a domestic cat with an Asian Leopard cat (ALC)
this is where the fantastic coat pattern comes from. All KITTYCOUTURE Bengal cats are 4th generation
and beyond to produce the wild look but with the gentle, loving and kind personality.
Our cats are all very friendly as our children and ourselves play with them at any given chance. Bengals are
lovely natured and we make sure all our kittens are reared amongst all the daily life of a family home. The
temperament of all our animals is so important to us and so our children play a huge part in their life and
cuddle and fuss the cats and kittens everyday to introduce them to all ages - We believe that raising any
animal with young children is such a good start for them in life and plays a big part on how they behave
around the children in the future.
No expense is spared while raising our kittens and cats and they receive alot of love and attention and
playtime. All the cats are health tested and have regular vet checks and are all injected up to date. We
feed them all on Royal Canin which is the best food around and is available for all the stages through their
lives. We help to stimulate their curious little minds with all different toys and cat climbers and they love to
chase and roll and paw play.
Our whole family has such love for our animals here and a huge passion for our cats and dogs with extreme
dedication to each and everyone and this will show in your new family member.

We are hobby breeders of the wondeful Bengal Cat, located in
Dronfield - Derbyshire, ten minutes from the M1-J29.
It is so nice to have a hobby we can put all our love and thoughts
into. We take much pleasure in caring and loving our Bengals
everyday alongside our great pack of dogs.
